Apple was founded in 1970 by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. Firstly they focused on computers (Successstorycom, 2017, 3). In 2016 Apple introduced its 7th generation of iPhone (T3com, 2017, 16). Apple produce its own software for its products in 4 main categories, computers, tablets, phones, and media players. The Company further believes providing direct contact with its targeted customers is an effective way to demonstrate the advantages of its products over those of its competitors and providing a high-quality sales and after-sales support experience is critical to attracting new and retaining existing customers (Shareholdercom, 2017, page 7).
